Return & Refunds

There are cases where one finds themselves needing to return the gift they bought. While most gift shops in Kenya will give you grief and a hard time when you try to return a gift, we wont. We only ask one thing; That you return the item the way you got it, that is, unopened, new, clean and sellable condition.Ā 

Refund Policy

We happily accept returns on all unused and and unopened items. If you are not happy with your order, kindly return it within 7 days of delivery.

Please note that:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Personalized or perishable items cannot be returned .
  • Buyer is responsible for return delivery costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Giftway reserves the right to reject returns.
  • Refunds can only be issued in store credits, gift card or back to the original payment account.
  • Delivery fees are not refundable unless the item delivered is found to be defective or incorrect.

Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost. For damaged items please report immediately and return it to the delivery personell. Damage claims cannot be accpeted after accpeting delivery.

For incorrect items, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos for verification.

Non-Returnable Items

For reasons beyond our control, we are not able to accept returns on items such as;

  • Personalized or custom-made gifts
  • Perishable and (or) edibleĀ products (such as food or flowers)
  • Items marked as final sale

If your order does not arrive within the expected time frame, we ill aim to keep you updated. Please feel free to contact us.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

Yes, we deliver on public holidays.

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

Items that need customisation may not be available for next-day delivery. All other items are available for both Priority and Next-day delivery.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

Yes. Please ensure that you sign for the delivery. If you are not present to do so, the delivery personnel may have to collect other forms of proof-of-delivery such as photos or videos.
