Return & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Giftway. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Personalized or perishable items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

 

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  • If an item is damaged upon return due to improper packaging, a partial refund may be issued.

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos for verification.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

Yes, we deliver on public holidays.

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

Items that need customisation may not be available for next-day delivery. All other items are available for both Priority and Next-day delivery.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

Yes. Please ensure that you sign for the delivery. If you are not present to do so, the delivery personnel may have to collect other forms of proof-of-delivery such as photos or videos.
