The product itself was lovely. Great quality and beautifully packaged. My niece absolutely loved it.
The only downside was the ordering experience. My email went unanswered, the phone numbers didn’t work, and I had to reach out through Instagram to get my order processed. Even then, I still had to send several messages before anything moved forward.
It’s a bit ironic considering the founder’s message about improving the gift delivery experience, the delivery bit was quite disappointing.
Please work to improve the customer service for online purchases because the products you have are really great and are really worth it.
